Yes. We do not accept toxic or hazardous items such as paints, oils, pesticides, household batteries, fluorescent light bulbs, household cleaners, medicines, ammunition, fireworks, or any items containing asbestos or any other harmful material.

Sorry, we do not pay our customers for their items. We provide full-service junk removal.

Our pricing is based on volume or how much room your junk takes up in our truck. To provide you with the best price possible, EA junk removal experts will provide you with a free onsite estimate before the beginning of every job.

For jobs that are more labor-intensive such as the removal of dirt, concrete, bricks, etc. we charge based on bedload.

Our general rule of thumb is that if you have 3 items or more, the best and most accurate way for us to assess the job and offer you the lowest price is a free, no-obligation on-site estimate. Being on-site lets us see exactly what's required for the job. This allows us to provide you with a price that's quick, spot-on, and fair for removing your junk.

We can certainly do pickups that require multiple truckloads and often do. If you believe your pickup might require this, please get in touch with us before proceeding with an online booking.

EA junk removal appointments are scheduled between a 2-hour appointment window.

On the day of your appointment, your dispatched hauler will call you 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment window to let you know when they expect to be there.
